What information do I need to share to get a quote for a PCB testing fixture? +
Please share your PCB Gerber files (or layout drawing), the test points list, required probe type, expected production volume and preferred actuation method (manual or pneumatic). We'll design and quote accordingly.
What is your typical lead time for a new machine or panel? +
Lead times depend on complexity. PCB test fixtures are typically 7–15 working days. PLC panels take 10–21 days. Special purpose machines range from 4–12 weeks depending on scope. We'll confirm an exact timeline with your quotation.
Do you offer Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) for panels and machines? +
Yes. We offer flexible AMC packages covering preventive maintenance visits, priority breakdown response, spare parts supply and software backup services. Contact us to discuss a plan suited to your plant.
Which PLC brands do you support for repair and programming? +
